Photography is an elective, where you learn more about history of cameras and techniques for better quality pictures.

“A student should take the course because it’s a fun elective and it teaches you some great tips on how to become a better photographer.” said Victor Monsivais, Sophomore

Photography comes from the greek roots where ‘photo’ meaning ‘light’ and graph meaning ‘drawing’

“ There is a lot of topics covered throughout the school year but the greatest one i think would be Photoshopping.” stated junior, Ulisses Miranda.

Photography is employed in many fields of science, manufacturing, and business, as well as its more direct uses for art, film and video production, recreational purposes, hobby, and mass communication.

“ Students don’t really need requirements for this class, but if we have a lot of missing work then we are told to stay inside the class and take the pictures.” said freshman Edgar Aranda
